How long do orders take to arrive? |

If we have your choice in stock, within days.
If we have to submit an order to the printers, it could take up
to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed if this is the case. |

Can you print my own design for me? |

Not usually. Sorry. Unless the design is likely
to appeal to a large number of people, we cannot produce a
custom t-shirt for these prices. If you wish to discuss prices
for a multiple-order of your own design, please

How do I pay for my
order? |

Our preferred payment
system is NoChex, a free 3rd party company that process
credit and debit cards on our behalf. Membership is not
required on orders under £100. You can also use the highly
regarded PayPal system, or personal cheques. |

How much does delivery
cost? |

£2.50 for the first item,
and £1.50 for each additional item on the same order. This
covers postage and packing to any UK address. |

What materials are your t-shirts made from? |

100% cotton. We now print
onto the high-quality Guildan branded tops. |

We use screen-printing only, to produce a
durable and high quality image. |

We source the t-shirts world-wide, but all our
printing is done locally to our own specification. |

We usually produce our own graphics and ideas,
although occasionally we have created them on request for a
customer and added it to our shop catalogue. |

Why are some items on
"Pre-order"? |

To keep costs this low, we
have to produce designs in batches. We now take pre-orders
on items that are not currently in stock, and these may take
up to 28 days to despatch. |
